In addition to those services that a traditional CPA firm provides, we have also the experience in some special engagements such as preparation of CPA reports for Capital Investment Entrant Scheme, due diligence on acquisitions, tax planning, pre-IPO audit, lodging tax offshore claim, internal control review on compliance with the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
We possess professionals who have worked at big 4 CPA firms and some medium to large size local CPA firms as auditors, secretarial firms as company secretarial officers and private companies as accountants etc. We have intensive internal training programme to ensure that all professional staff members are kept informed of current changes in standards and regulation in relation to accounting, auditing and taxation and that our skills maintain enhancement.
As for the social contributions, we are acting as honorary auditors for some approved charities. We also support their charitable activities by acting as independent honorary auditors to issue audited financial statements to the Government and provide financial and accountancy advisory services to them for these activities.
We are an authorized employer of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants under the Authorised Employer Scheme who is eligible to provide evidence of practicable experience in CPA registration.
We have been awarded Caring Company Logo of the years 2011/12 and 2012/13 by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service in recognition of our commitment in caring for the community, employees and the environment.
